Replicating the magic that a business owner has been able to create in a single site that they closely manage and monitor is much harder than many anticipate, because quite simply the business owner cannot be replicated.


At Franchise & Multi-Site (FMS) Support Services, we are highly experienced industry professionals who have decades of experience as business owners, executives and consultants. Our team has been there at the forefront of some of Australia’s fastest growing and most successful franchises and multi-site operations since the mid-1990s. Regardless of whether you are a sole trader working completely by yourself or employ a small, medium or large sized team, contact us today to see how we can assist, even if you have no desire to expand to franchise or multi-site operations. 


Yes! Although we are predominantly engaged by franchisors to support their operations and/or their franchisees, we are happy to be engaged by individual franchisees upon request.


We are available for one-off engagements such as a single site mystery shop or review, short-term engagements to cover Head Office staffing shortfalls or longer term ongoing engagements as a regular part of your team. We are flexible and work to meet the needs of your network instead of pushing our own agenda.


We service all parts of Australia and elsewhere around the world with prior arrangement.


FMS Support Service is a collection of some of the franchising sector’s top performers who work together, either fulltime or as contractors for clients to provide its services. We know the sector and have experience across a very diverse range of franchise and multi-site networks as seen in the “About Us” section of this website. This means that we can very quickly and efficiently step in to assist your network, without unnecessary cost. 


FMS Support Services as a company doesn’t seek to make a profit, but provides access to work for its team of employees and contractors. As such, it operates with minimal overheads and doesn’t have to answer to shareholders or owners about levels of profitability. FMS can then keep costs to a minimum and mostly what is required to simply pay its employees and contractors. 


Additionally, by working with a large portfolio of clients and sites within each geographical area, when our team is in the field travel time and expenses are minimised. This allows for the majority of our team’s time to be spent directly with clients or working for the benefit of our clients, rather than driving around or sitting in airports.
