So, the next step after developing system manuals or SOPs is developing the training, communication and support resources to assist your team in understanding and implementing the information that is relevant to them without giving them information overload. 

Depending on the needs of the network and your budget, the training, communication and support resources may be paper-based hardcopy or digital through online training and management systems, or a mixture of both. In some instances, hands-on, small group or classroom style training can also be beneficial.
