DOCUMENTING & CREATING FOUNDATIONS: Within your plan, there will generally be many things that need to be determined and documented so it is clear for all involved how the business works, which can often include the support structure, manuals, operating procedures, employment and training materials, franchising documents, marketing and promotional strategies, supply chains and much more. However, there are many other things that are less about detailing how the business works and more about providing the foundations on which the business will present itself to others which may include websites, social media presence, food and beverage menus, pricing structures, photography, artwork, and much more. The cost of this can vary dramatically depending upon the amount of work you wish to complete within your organisation and how much you require outside assistance for.
